Terms of Service

By commissioning me you agree to my Terms of Service (TOS) !◆ How it works:
I need a clear image of your character for work. It’s not necessary a reference sheet but it’s better! No gradient colors on the image you gave me. It must be in high quality.
I used to work in one-week to three-weeks depending to the complexity.
You have to pay before I start the work. Then you will receive a first sketch for approval. Afterward, you will get another detailed sketch for a second approval. Please list and tell me all changes during this sketch.
You can ask for free WIPs (work in progress).
The commissioner will receive digital work, not the printed art. Physical badges will be shipped or gave it personally at convention.◆ What I do / don’t:

Ask for soft kinks◆ Payment and refunds:
Payment is via Paypal Invoice in USD or Euro. (I’m based in Europe, so I prefer Euro)
I’ll start commission only when I receive the payment.
I will wait five (5) days for payment before throwing out your slot.
I don’t refund, except if I have a serious healthy or personal problem and if I'm not ability to finish the commission before months.
You can request small edits and corrections before I finish art (before compositing). You must be paid for larger edits and redraws.◆ Credits:
I maintain the right to post my work in any form.
I maintain the right to post commissions to my social medias for advertising (if you don’t agree with that, please tell me first).
You can post the work to your own website/social media, but you must credit me (cheeps) and link back to me.
My art is for personal use only.
You can print your commissions for personal use, but you mustn’t resell or reprint it for a profit.
You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, remove my signature and modify my artwork. However, I tolerate that you crop and use my art in profile picture.
You are not allowed to use my art in any form for AI purposes.
You are not allowed to use my art in any form for NFT.
